Bay Area Youth Soccer Association (BAYSA) is one of the many associations in South Texas Youth Soccer Association's Eastern District. BAYSA oversess both a fall and spring season for its 15 clubs that form teams in developmental, recreational and competitve divisions.

The Executive Board is active year-round, and all the Executive Board officers are elected for 2-year terms.
